Accomodation - Cheltenham Festival
Having some bother finding a reasonably priced house for the festival for March.

Found one for a grand for the week which i did think was underpriced which my mate went and booked and received an invoice and confirmation. Then some cunt rang him and said it was too cheap and cancelled the booking. Cheeky cunt.

Anyone else going this year?

Re: Accomodation - Cheltenham Festival
You are right Ray, we sneaked in there last year for a couple of hours. We then went back in the tatts but they had reinforced the stewarding and didnt make it the second time.

Should have a WHO beer one day and share some tips :-)

Sire has a good chance

In the process of getting mine Jon. Normally get tickets for the tatts and if any touts sell the club badges for the day for around a score, we share one between us and take turns going in. No one ever checks properly

Re: Accomodation - Cheltenham Festival
Yes mate, my mate booked them, we paid £140 each for the week. 3 days Tatts and the friday in the Best mate.

I thought it was pretty good value tbh. He got them early doors tho 6 lots so not sure if there was a discount.

No its for betting, beer and good.

I will be staking £20 a race so thats £540 if I lost every race which wont happen (hopefully).

Leaves me £460 for the rest. £60 food, 400 beer :-)

Love you NS ;-)

I have backed Kalkir EW for the Triumph. Was 33s and now 10s in most places but think you can get 12s, would be shorter but got done lately by a rank outsider over in Ireland.

I need to start having a good look about.
